Recently, we have been working in partnership with Healthwatch Essex, Outhouse, and Community360 to identify health disparities affecting trans and gender diverse patients in Southend-On-Sea and beyond. In particular, we have explored the impact that Shared Care Agreements have on trans and gender diverse patients through a variety of workshops and sessions with the community, which have been compiled into a preliminary document – with the hope to prompt further research and positive change.
